On the ground floor is a high quality fitted kitchen with the very latest Aga cooker and hood. The Villa has a large dining area adjacent to the kitchen and a shaded dining area on the Terrace. It also has three very well appointed, high quality bathrooms with tiling throughout. The lounge area is open plan to stairs, kitchen and front door. The kitchen has an access door to the front veranda area. There are two bedrooms situated on the ground floor one of which has a ceiling with large exposed timbers. This room also doubles as a games room featuring a full sized professional pool table and a small football table. Large double doors open onto the pool terrace.

Every attention to detail has been made and the living space kept light and airy. There are leather suites, TV and Video in both reception rooms.

All bedrooms have colour television and air conditioning with climate control. All windows and doors are double glazed providing cool in the summer and heat in the winter. The ground floor has a state of the art underfloor heating system which also heats the pool at up to 30 degrees. All windows have electric automatic shutters with a central control. Both entrances to the house have remote control electric gates. Infrared security lights are fitted to all sides of the house. Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor. The main bathroom contains a large 1.5m walk in shower, bidet, pedestal and WC. The master bedroom is ensuite and has a large veranda overlooking the pool.
